1. Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 6 bottles of 330 cl, while one (1) box of 12 bottles can be delivered to you with any combination you wish (one code, two, or three codes, as long as the total is 12 pieces)
2. Which countries / regions do we cover?
Commercial products (t-shirts, hats, glasses, etc.) are shipped by courier wherever you wish.
The beers are distributed ONLY in the area of Larissa and the urban complex of Athens.
Pinios Brewery sends your order wherever you are in the following countries: Greece, Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Finland. If you are interested in shipping to another country or in larger quantities please contact us to give you an offer for shipping costs. For countries outside the European Union we do not charge VAT but you should be aware that upon receipt of your order you may be required to pay additional taxes / fees.
3. When will I receive the products I ordered?
During the process of completing your order you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs:
3.1 Delivery in 2 working days
For products that are immediately available, we deliver anywhere in Greece, usually within 2 working days. For island destinations as well as inaccessible areas outside Attica the delivery time may be longer.
3.2 Free Delivery within Attica
If your order is over 80 € and its destination is within Attica in the Greater Athens Area then you can choose free delivery (See the areas of Attica).
Same day Delivery within Larissa
For those orders that time is pressing hard, there is the option of same day delivery within Attica. See more information for same day delivery.
Receiving from the Brewery
For all orders within Larissa there is the possibility of collecting from the premises of the Brewery, 7th km of the Road, Larissa – Sykourio, Larissa, PC 41500, tel. 2410 575710. without shipping charges. Once your order is ready we will notify you by email so you can proceed to receive it. The Brewery is open Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00, Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00.
Collection of your order should be done within 2 weeks from the time it is ready.
Product Availability
The above delivery times refer to orders that include products immediately available. If your order includes a product that is not immediately available you can contact us to inform you.
In addition, if your order includes a product that is not immediately available, it appears in your shopping cart before your order is completed.
In case a product is exhausted and we are not able to send it, the customer will be informed by phone and email and will have the option of either replacing the product with another or returning part or all of the money of the order.

The orders that will be received until 18.00 pm, will be executed on the same day.
Orders received after 18.00pm will be executed the next day.

3.3 What should I do if my order is large in volume, weight, etc. so as not to be overcharged?
You should contact us by phone at 2410575710 to choose an alternative shipping method that minimizes shipping costs.
In cases of large volume or weight of orders, some methods that are unprofitable for small orders, become advantageous. For orders in large volume and / or weight, it is advantageous to send with a transport agency. The charge in this case is pre-agreed by phone.
